RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At Skoonies Records & Resale, we specialize in vintage records, CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, VHS tapes, LaserDiscs, collectibles, and secondhand merchandise.

Due to the used, vintage, and collectible nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, unwanted purchases, or dissatisfaction with disclosed signs of normal wear.

PRODUCT CONDITION

All merchandise is sold AS IS, unless otherwise stated.

Vinyl, CD, and tape grading refers to the actual media, not the cover or packaging, unless specifically noted.

Covers, sleeves, cases, and inserts may show signs of age and wear.

Customers are encouraged to review descriptions, photographs, and condition grades before purchasing.

All items are priced according to their listed condition and other relevant factors.

EXCEPTIONS — ERRORS ON OUR END

If you receive an incorrect item, an item arrives damaged, or an item is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where warranted.

Please include your order number, description of the problem, and photographs when available.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES

All purchases made at vendor shows, appointments, and local pickup locations are final, subject to applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise before completing their purchase.
